Insect Control
Ants, flies, silverfish and other crawling or flying insects traced back to the nest or breeding spot. Trails are baited where they begin and the gaps along baseboards and windows are closed.
The pests I handle most around the home, what each one needs and how I keep it from coming back.
There is no single treatment that suits every pest. Ants follow scent trails, roaches want warmth and moisture, and a mouse only needs a gap the width of a thumb. Each one calls for a different approach, so every service below is built around how that pest actually lives.
Everything begins with the inspection described further down this page. The products and the placements change with what I find there, and you get a plain explanation of both before I start.
Ants, flies, silverfish and other crawling or flying insects traced back to the nest or breeding spot. Trails are baited where they begin and the gaps along baseboards and windows are closed.
Mice and rats are trapped along the routes they already use, then the openings behind appliances, under soffits and around pipes are sealed so new ones cannot follow.
Gel baits and dusts placed in the warm, damp gaps where roaches hide and breed. Follow up checks confirm the population is gone rather than hiding somewhere new.
Hollow wood, mud tubes and shed wings point to activity. I confirm how far it reaches, treat the colony and the soil it travels through, and show you the moisture that drew it.
Nests under eaves, inside wall voids and beneath decks removed at the right time of day, with the spot treated and sealed so another colony does not settle in.
Mattress seams, frames, headboards and nearby cracks treated in sequence, with clear guidance on laundering and preparation so the biting finally stops.
Three steps from the first sighting to a pest-free home, each one explained as it happens.
I check the spots pests favour, from under sinks to the attic, and work out what you have and where it gets in.
Baits, dusts or sprays go only where that pest lives. You get clear timing on when each treated spot is safe again.
Gaps get sealed and I point out the damp corner or woodpile that drew them, so the same pest does not come back.
A little preparation makes the inspection quicker and the treatment more thorough. None of it is heavy work, and I take care of everything else once I arrive.
