Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the GoAwayBugs website and any request submitted through it. By visiting the site, creating an account or sending a request, the visitor agrees to be bound by these terms and by the Privacy Policy. Anyone who does not agree should not use the site.

The site is intended for use by individuals who are at least eighteen years of age and who reside in the United States.

What the Site Provides

GoAwayBugs publishes general information about household pest control, including insects, rodents, cockroaches, termites, bees and bed bugs, and allows visitors to request service information. Content on the site is informational and does not replace an inspection of the property.

Submitting a request does not create a service agreement. Any work is confirmed separately, after the property has been discussed and the scope agreed.

Accounts

Creating an account requires accurate and current information. Account holders are responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity that takes place under their login.

  • Provide truthful details and keep them up to date.
  • Do not share login credentials or allow another person to use the account.
  • Notify GoAwayBugs promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

GoAwayBugs may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

Acceptable Use

Visitors agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful or disruptive. The following are not permitted:

  • Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or related systems.
  • Using automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the site.
  • Uploading malicious code or interfering with the experience of other visitors.

Communications and Consent

Visitors who provide a phone number or email address and give consent on the signup form may receive service related messages and, where separately agreed, marketing messages from GoAwayBugs. Consent to marketing is not a condition of requesting service.

Text message consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP. Replying HELP provides assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, logos and page layouts on the site belong to GoAwayBugs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Visitors may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires prior written permission.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount, if any, paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Arbitration and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from the site or these terms that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration, and the parties waive the right to participate in a class action.

Changes to These Terms

GoAwayBugs may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page shows when the last change was made. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the revised terms.
